Inside Bradley Cooper’s $6.5 Million Farmhouse in Pennsylvania

In a move that echoes the pastoral dreams of many city dwellers, “Maestro” star Bradley Cooper has purchased a sprawling 33-acre farm in Pennsylvania for $6.5 million, The Post has learned. This big-ticket acquisition follows news revealed in December by Page Six, which uncovered Cooper’s purchase of a residence in the affluent area of New Hope, strategically located close to the residence of his girlfriend Gigi Hadid’s mother, Yolanda.

The farmhouse, built in 1704, boasts seven bedrooms and six baths spread over a spacious 6,300 square feet. It has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years, morphing into a palatial retreat. Notable features include a refurbished guest house, a timeless stone bank barn, and luxurious amenities such as a pool, a pond, and access to a serene 20-acre private lake ideal for canoeing and kayaking.

Inside, the historical charm of the main residence is accentuated by walk-in fireplaces, stone sinks, and exposed stone and beamed ceilings. These elements blend seamlessly with modern comforts like a sleek European kitchen and baths courtesy of Boffi. French oak hardwood floors grace every level, exuding a timeless elegance that pervades throughout.

The property’s first floor opens up to a gallery-style hall overlooking the patio and meticulously landscaped gardens. A fitness area and a spacious family room with a screened porch complete this level, while two guest bedrooms and a full bath are on the upper floor.

Reflecting an ambiance reminiscent of the English countryside, Cooper’s new abode is a mere eight-minute drive from Yolanda’s own $4 million estate. Chris Preston and Dana Lansing with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing. The Post has reached out to Cooper’s representatives for comment.

Cooper, 49, who hails from Abington Township near Philadelphia, has deep roots in Pennsylvania, even attending his high school reunion last November. His affinity for the region is well-documented. His hit movie “Silver Linings Playbook” was filmed in Delaware County, capturing the essence of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods.

New Hope, located just 70 miles from Manhattan, offers a retreat from the urban hustle with its low taxes and abundance of historic architecture, galleries, and culinary delights.
